Top-ups

Your month gets busier. Your plan doesn’t have to.

When eligible usage temporarily runs higher, you add capacity to the plan you already have. No moving package because one month was busier than the last.

  1. Your plan allowance

Your package covers normal working use, month after month.

  2. Need more this month?

A busier run of work pushes eligible usage past the usual pattern.

  3. Add credits

Capacity is added to the plan you already have.

  4. Keep using Control

Work carries on uninterrupted, on the same package.

What can be topped up

Invoice capacity

Extra eligible invoice usage when a month runs heavier than your normal pattern.

Company intelligence

Additional checks or monitoring usage, where your plan already supports them.

Deep Investigation

Additional investigation usage, where investigation is included in your tier.

Companion

Additional guidance usage alongside the work you are already doing.

These are examples of eligible usage, not universal entitlements. What you can top up follows what your package already includes.

Top-ups add capacity. They don’t unlock another plan.

Dispute Resolution Centre, Contract Health, Team Chat and additional users remain plan-level entitlements. Pro additional users at £49 per user, per month are a Pro package entitlement, not a credit top-up.

Top-ups are there when you need them, so your normal plan can stay the right size for a normal month.
