These are examples of eligible usage, not universal entitlements. What you can top up follows what your package already includes.
Top-ups add capacity. They don’t unlock another plan.
Dispute Resolution Centre, Contract Health and additional users remain plan-level entitlements. Extra users on Control (£49 each per month, up to 4 users in total) are part of the plan, not a top-up. During the 30-day free trial top-ups are limited, and extra company checks or Deep Trace cannot be bought once the trial allowance is used.
Top-ups are there when you need them, so your normal plan can stay the right size for a normal month.
